I was planning to begin a statistical computing project using Cecil in the next
month or so.  I am curious about the upcoming Diesel project.  Will code written
with Cecil be compatable, or will Diesel be a totally different language?  If
the former, are there certain language features to stay away from?  If the
latter, should I wait until Diesel is released and work on other projects in the
meantime?
