- You forgot to add whirlwind/ir/lowered, and perhaps some other things.
- Upon browsing into CVSWeb, I discovered that the *,v files in the
whirlwind CVS repository are still not world-readable, and hence CVSWeb
throws up. See the following URL:

Note the filename in the error message. We actually have to set
world-readable on the ,v file in the CVS repository, not just the regular
files when we check in. Unfortunately, I don't know the Unix wizardry for
"go through all subdirectories recursively and chmod 444 all files ending
in ',v'", so it may be that you'll have to set them world-readable
manually.
