 * Published a comment in one of the native Java methods in
vortex/Java/stdlib/native. It had been sitting around for a while, for
some reason, and it seemed like a useful comment. Basically, that
Class.forName would be easy to implement based on the existing class
registration infrastructure.

 * Added a top-level subdirectory "ArchJava" that will hold ArchJava
specific stuff. Right now, it contains the source code to Barat, the
compiler I will be extending to support ArchJava.

Craig, let me know if you think I should put the ArchJava stuff elsewhere.
I just thought it would be simplest to take advantage of the existing
vortex CVS repository rather than create my own.
