    I'm publishing some small things for Whirlwind.

    *) I am on a push to add comments to the key parts of the system, in
     part because Sorin and Andrei are both looking at Whirlwind source
     code. I've commented reps.cecil (the hierarchy of Representations),
     and I've partially commented ir-node.cecil (the hierarchy of
     IRNodes). Let me know if there are other parts of the system that
     you particularly want commented; I plan to comment what I consider
     the key parts of the system.

    *) I did some minor simplifications to our existing hierarchies and
     removed some unneeded methods, as I discovered things in my
     commenting push.

    *) I extended the checking on method declarations to allow the
     function that the gf/method maps to to be any statically known
     function, including one from an enclosing scope. I augmented the
     regression test suite to include this case.

    *) I augmented the make-whirlwind-profile script. I also regenerated
     and installed the central place vortex.nCCP and whirlwind.nCCP
     profiles.
