    I'm publishing a small improvement to the SETUP scripts to use an
    improved "make clean" operation before building the Cecil and Java
    binaries. This helps if a new gcc version is installed, since we need
    to flush all the old compiled code before recompiling anything. So if
    a new compiler is installed, all that's needed is rerunning the SETUP
    script (after removing the SETUP-*.<arch>.done files).
