I added a link to a simple Cecil tutorial to the 501 project web page, under the
"learning Cecil" task. (I also added it to the Cecil Internal web page.)

Let me know if this helps to learn Cecil, and if there are any parts that this
confuses more than helps. It's intended to give you an overview of the most
salient points about Cecil and the standard library, with the details relegated
to the language & stdlib reference manuals; it's not a standalone guide to
programming in Cecil.
