    Hi all --

Saman Amarasinghe from MIT will be here tomorrow for the
colloquium. He would like to talk to the faculty and students in
various arms of compiling, security and architecture. As many
of you already know, Saman has done work in compilation, first
with automatically parallelizing programs, then with compiling
for the distributed, compilers-in-charge-of-everything RAW machine.
Now he's branching out into both software engineering and security
which is what his talk will be on.

I'd like to encourage you to sign up to talk to him. As
you can probably tell by the wide range of his research
interests, he's an interesting guy. Sign-up sheet's in
    the usual place.

    Thanks,
    Susan
