SUBJECT:Submission to OSDI '99, Full papers due: July 28, 1998

Dear SIGOPS Member,

We would like to invite you to submit to the 3rd Symposium on Operating
Systems Design & Implementation (OSDI '99) and to remind you of the deadline
for submissions, July 28. The Symposium, which will take place February
22-25, 1999 in New Orleans, Louisiana, is sponsored by the USENIX
Association and co-sponsored by ACM SIGOPS and IEEE TCOS.

Call for Papers at http://www.usenix.org/events/osdi99/

Full papers due: July 28, 1998
Notification to authors: October 13, 1998
Revised papers due for shepherding: December 1, 1998
Camera-ready full papers due: January 6, 1999

OSDI '99 is an ideal forum for innovative OS design and implementation
papers. The Program Committee is particularly interested in papers focusing
on the design and implementation of modern operating systems, but encourages
submissions describing promising, well-grounded speculative work, or
enlightening negative results.

At OSDI '99, you'll meet with colleagues and hear about practice and
innovation in modern operating systems. We would appreciate your submission
and look forward to seeing you at the Symposium.
