Edward Tufte, perhaps the foremost authority on displaying
quantitative information, will be giving a one-day seminar in Seattle
on Sept 28 and 29. I'd like to deputize someone to go; I'll
pay the freight. I think Amin took this seminar, so perhaps he could
comment. I've read Tufte's books and he has a great perspective.

I have the registration form in my office.
Note that it conflicts with the start of classes.
