ps. I made it in 2:15, but it was at midnight and I broke
the law on both sides of the border ;-)

This summer I went up with my kids in the middle of the day and it took
us 4+ hours.

Vancouver is about 3 hours away by car (Expedia says 2:15, but I think
they assume you can drive from the Canadian border to Vancouver at
70mph).
