Just a thought on the acronym ("A Computing and Communication Environment
for System Software"). A slight twist on this expansion - "...for Software
Systems" - while mushier, is a bit more broad and might be more inclusive
toward people doing applications and measurement stuff; it might attract
people who don't want to have anything to do with system software.
and a little typo:
"We envision a rack roughly ten to twenty PC's"
