These are end hosts, not routers, capable of talking to the plain
old Internet (under programmable control whether communication uses the
Internet or vBNS). Accounts to be activated in the next couple days.

Yes! UW is already permitted by DARPA, something we took care of
a long time ago.

I will have the CAIRN TOC install the account everywhere as soon
as they can get to it. It's a script, but they just have to put
it on the list of things to do. Would this addition of a new user
be easier with the NoW software?
