loom05 is being used as part of nimi (Nation Internet Measurement
Infrastructure) in cooperation with the Pittsburgh Supercomputing
Center. For more on this see:
http://www.psc.edu/networking/nimi/welcome.html

We expect to have a dedicated machine for this purpose in the future.
However, until we do, please do not use loom05 and please be careful
about reconfiguring the network. Thanks.
