I am organizing a session on Active Networking as part of OpenSig'99.
OpenSig'99 is being organized by Hui Zhang and Peter Steenkiste,
and will be held at CMU on October 14 and 15. For more details, see:

The purpose of this email is to ask whether you or someone in your
group would be interested in presenting a paper as part of this session.
