ndiff is a program for comparing two files containing floating-point
numbers.  It allows you to specify a tolerance for differences.

ndiff is installed in /afs/cs/home/grant/project/validate/bin.

Usage:
ndiff file1 file2 %tolerance

1e-4 is a reasonable value for %tolerance, I think.  That is what I use for
testing the output from sparse.
