comments on networking candidates

For those of you who sat in on the student meetings
with the networking candidates, it would be helpful
if you sent me a short email summarizing your views
on the absolute and relative merits of the candidates,
eg. Hari Balakrishnan, Elan Amir, Armando Fox, and David Wetherall.
We're likely to be able to hire at most one, so it would
be good to know (i) which set is above threshold -- you'd be
in favor of hiring x if x was the only remaining candidate,
and (ii) your relative rankings (x > y because z).

I've talked about this in meetings earlier this quarter, but
I'd like something a bit more formal for the faculty meeting on thursday
afternoon.

ps. We have Stefan and Geoff's summary of the student meetings
with Elan and Hari, but we don't have any student feedback
on Wetherall or Fox.
