papers to read for wed

I would really like to discuss both the dynamic multipathing
and the mishra hop by hop paper on wed; they are both readable
and interesting -- thanks Eric for finding these!
if possible try to read both for wed.

i think in fairness we can drop the last two
papers in the packet of 4; ie, don't read the Chou and Gerla
or the Chatterjee et al., until further notice.

Also, following a JZ suggestion, let's do status regularly
on friday for 15 minutes to a half hour -- the goal of doing
status is (i) for everyone to see that everyone else in the group
is making progress and (ii) to see if anyone knows anything that can help
someone get past a blocking point. But we'll devote all of
wed and the rest of friday to brainstorming.

ps. Eric -- can you send mail to Bahk and Mishra to ask
if they have done or know of any follow-on work to their papers?
