In the absence of any new suggestions, by consensus I think we
can settle on Detour as both the project name and more specifically
the name for the tunneling part of the project. What I like about it
is that it is edgy -- is it the Internet that makes packets
take a detour, or us? Or is Detour a meta-level comment on
the state of Internet research -- reflecting that we can't
implement better policies directly by modifying routers,
but have to provide them as a virtual layer on top of the Internet?
In a more wonkish vein, how about Odo for the traffic shaper?
