The incoming porc PCs have
WfM - Wired for Managment
PXE - Preboot execution environment
WuOL - Wakeup On LAN
DMI - Desktop Management Interafce
ZAK - Microsoft Zero Admin Kit
- Remote BIOS and Flash installation
- Remote System Boot

If half of this alphabit soup works, we're in business.
Then we can specify that supported Access PCs have boot enviroments with
these features.
