Will appear in the January/February 1999 issue (v. 19, n. 1 by my
calculation). All the authors will receive five copies of the issue
mailed to them (I used the dept address for everyone but Amin; Amin I
used Jeff's Duke address and replaced his name with yours... hope that
works out). If people want to order more copies let me know and I'll
give you the appropriate form.

We should be getting an edited version in the next few weeks and two
weeks after that we'll get galleys. (its still not over... ugh ;-)
